  Nutritional Banana Loaf
 

Ingredients                                                                                           Quantity

Wheat Flour                                                                                          70gms 

Maida                                                                                                     70 gms

Oil                                                                                                           ½ cup (60 gm)

Sugar                                                                                                      Powdered 100 gms

Eggs                                                                                                        3 Large

Bananas Ripe(But not spoiled )                                                            3 Big

Baking Powder                                                                                     2tsp 

Soda Bicarb(Mitha Soda)                                                                    ¼ tsp

Vanilla Essence                                                                                     ¼ tsp

Dalchini Powder                                                                                   1/6 th tsp

Walnut Chopped                                                                               1/3 rd cup
  Method
 

1-Grease and dust a “7” round caketin.

 2- Preheat oven at 180° for 8 – 10 Minutes.

 3-Sieve together Wheat flour , Maida ,baking powder ,soda and Cinnamon  powder keep aside                                                                                                         

 4-peel the banana and mash them into a smooth Paste with the help of blender

 5- Mix vanilla essence

 6- Beat eggs in a clean dry Brown till fluffy

 7- Add little Sugar  and beat till the sugar is fully consumed similarly add oil   and  mashed bananas

  8-Take ¼ of the flour and add to the batter using cut and fold method consume  all the flour in the batter in

       similar manner leave 2tsp flour  in the end.

9- Mix walnuts in the flour and add them to the batter. Mix well.

 10- Pour the batter in the cake tin and bake at 180degree for 35 to 40 minutes.

 11- Insert a knife in the middle of the cake if it comes out clean your cake is done.

   
   
  Macroni Salad
 

Ingredents                                                            Quantity

Macroni                                                                 100gms 

Cream                                                                    2tbsp

Tomato ketchup                                                    2-3 tsp

Capsicum                                                               1

Tomato                                                                   1

Mustardpwd                                                          1/3 tsp 

Salt                                                                          1/3 tsp 

Black pepper                                                           ¼ tsp

Apple slices(thinly cut)                                           1

  Method
 

1.  Add Marconi to already bowling water . let it boil for 5 – 6 minutes. Add 1 tsp all so that Marconi does not stick to each other. 

2. Just check with spoon its tenderness .once done put it in a sieve .Take a bowl put cream, tomato ketchup , mustard pwd , salt and black pepper to it.

3. Add oblique (Slanting) cut vegetables semi cooked to retain its crunchiness(Tomatos and Capsicum )  to it.

 4. Add it to macroni . Toss it delicately

 5. Take a rectangular tray put this  in middle and decorate all the sides with apple slices .

   
   
  HAKA NOODLES
 

             Serves 4

            FRIED NOODLES

100 gms chow noodles – boiled 

2 tbsp oil

3 dry whole red chillies – broken into bits 

½ tsp chilli powder 

2 tsp soya sauce

½ tsp salt

       VEGETABLES

1 capsi9cum – shredded 

1 carrot – shredded 

½ cup shredded cabbage 

3 – 4 flakes garlic crushed and chopped – optional 

2 – 3 spring onions or 1 ordinary onion

2 tbsp shredded bamboo shoots – optional 

3- 4 tbsp bean sprouts – optional 

1 - 2 tbsp dried mushrooms 

½ tsp each of salt & pepper

½ tsp sugar 

½ tsp ajinomoto

1 tbsp soya sauce

2 tsp vinegar

1 cup water

1 ½ tbsp cornflour dissolved in ½ cup water.

  Method
 

1. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Remove from fire, add broken red chillies and chilli powder.

2. Return to fire & mix in the boiled noodles. Add salt and soya sauce.  Fry for 1 minute, till the noodles turn brown.

3. 3 Keep the fried noodles aside.

4. To prepare the vegetables shred all vegetables heat 3 tbsp oil.

5. Reduce heat and  add garlic. Cook for ½ minute.

6. Add vegetables in sequence of their tenderness onions, sprouts capsicum,  carrot and cabbage.

7. Add ajinomoto, salt and pepper.  Add soya sauce and vinegar. Cook for ½ minute. 

8. Add cornflour paste,  stirring continuously.  Cook for 1 minute till thick. Remove from fire.

9. To serve, spread  the fried noodles on a platter .

10. Pour the prepared  hot vegetables over the noodles serve.

   
   
  GULNAR SEEKH KEBAB
 

100 gm chana dal

150 gm nutrela 

2 – 3 raw bananas 

2 boiled mashed potatoes

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 

1 onion chopped finely

½ tsp chilli powder 

1 – 2 green chilli 

½ tsp Hot spices powder 

1 Stick Dalchini

2 Moti elachi

2 Bayleaf 

½ 1 tsp mango powder

50 gm paneer  mashed(optional)

        1 – 2 tbsp rosted besan .

  Method
 

1. Soak the dal and boil in salted water till soft. Boil nutrela and banana till soft.

2. Squeeze the water from nutrela and  add  mashed potato, Ground the dal and mash nutrela and banana.

3. Mix all ingredients very well.

4. Divide the mixture in 8 portions and fry then an thick Tava till golden brown. Serve hot garnish with onion ring and Dahi Coriander chutney.
